Well, for a while the trendy colour combination was pastel pink with chocolate, then there was pastel blue with chocolate, and now it is lavender with chocolate. What a fantastic pairing it is too, in my opinion. You know there are always going to be some trends that you just can’t adopt. Usually, those are the ones that seem extremely radical, impractical, or frankly put plain ugly. But, from time to time there are the ones that for some unknown reason to you they just do not capture your interest, or support. For me, that is how I felt about the blue and brown and the pink and brown phase. Personally they just made me think of baby showers, and all that come with those like baby booties, baby prams, baby toys and the rest of it. Yet, the purple and brown grouping escapes that genre, and I find it appealing. Now all I have to worry about is if the great designer fairies who decide what is in and what is out choose orange and brown. But until that rears its ugly head, and I am crossing my fingers and toes that it does not, I will not note my view on such a mix.
